Permeable by design

Resin bound over an open-graded sub-base allows water to pass straight through and disperse into the ground. No standing water, no run-off onto the highway, and no permission required for a front garden.

Channels and linear drains

Where a hard surface meets a building — particularly at a level threshold — a slot or channel drain intercepts water before it reaches the door. Concealed slot channels are our default because they read as a shadow line rather than a grating.

Falls

Every impermeable surface needs a fall, typically 1:80 away from the house. Getting this right at setting-out is what stops puddles appearing in year two.

Soakaways

Where ground conditions or volume demand it, a crated soakaway holds water and releases it slowly. Sized properly, connected properly, and recorded on your handover pack.
