Preparing Your Garden Before Work Begins
A well-prepared site is a faster, tidier and cheaper site. Very little of it is hard work.

Two weeks before
The things that need a little notice rather than a spare hour.
- Agree alternative parking with us and with neighbours
- Lift anything you want to keep — planting, pots, ornaments
- Flag any known buried services, cables or old drains
- Book the bin collection or agree an access day
The week before
Clear the working area and around a metre beyond it. Move fragile items away from the access route. Trim back overhanging growth so machinery can pass without damaging planting you care about.
What we handle
Protection sheeting, boarding to internal floors where access is through the house, dust management, spoil removal, and a swept site each evening. You should not need to tidy after us.
